Welcome to the Participant Hub

We’re excited to have you here! We're trialling a new way to reduce waste and you're one of 3,000 properties to be part of it.

Starting 1 July 2025, we're going to trial collecting your general rubbish bins every 2 weeks.

Let's work together to 'transform the norm'.

New bins

We’ll deliver your new rubbish bin (red lid) in June, before the trial starts. Once your new rubbish bin is delivered, please help us recycle your old bin:

  • Place your old bin out for collection as normal in June
  • Leave it on the nature strip after it has been emptied (upside down if possible)
  • It may take up to a week to be taken away and recycled into new bins.

Change bin size

Applications to change your bin size are now closed. Applications to change the size of your rubbish bin and apply for concessions will reopen once the trial starts in July. We encourage you to try your new rubbish bin size to see if it works for your household/business before requesting a change.
