We’re excited to have you here! We're trialling a new way to reduce waste and you're one of 3,000 properties to be part of it.
Fortnightly collections of your general rubbish bin started in July 2025. We sent you a bin collection calendar in June. Not sure which bins to put out for collection? Click here to find your bin collection dates.
Let's work together to 'transform the norm'.

Property owners saving money on waste charge
It costs less to collect rubbish bins every 2 weeks, and smaller bins have a lower waste charge than larger bins. So, depending on the size of the new rubbish bin, property owners are saving between $30 and $70 on their general rubbish waste charge in 2025-26 compared to households not in the trial.

Rubbish bin size
If you were not able to choose a bin size before 21 February, we delivered a 120-litre rubbish bin to your property in June, which is our new standard size.
Large rubbish bins are available, if needed. We encourage you to try reducing your waste first, since larger rubbish bins cost more. Concessions are available for eligible households. Click here to see your bin size options.
