We’ve developed a draft Moving Around Merri-bek Action Plan 2025-2029.

This action plan is a companion document for our Moving Around Merri-bek transport strategy, which outlines Council’s values and long-term goals for Merri-bek’s many transport networks.

This draft plan takes these values and goals and breaks them down into practical actions that can be undertaken over the coming 4 years.

We want to know what you think of our draft Action Plan 2025-2029. Your feedback will help us identify any gaps in the plan and ensure that it best reflects the lived experience and needs of our community.

  • The adopted direction and values - these are based on the Moving Around Merri-bek Transport Strategy
  • The overall timeframe (2025 - 2029) - this is aligned to the Council term
  • Detailed design decisions - detailed design for individual projects will be completed and open for community feedback separately

This document will be presented as a recommendation to Councillors at a Council meeting.

If endorsed, actions in the plan will then be undertaken as outlined within the plan.
