What is planned?

We will be upgrading the park and existing playspace at Ivan Page Reserve in Glenroy.

Park infrastructure works completed in February 2026. These includes a new drinking fountain, upgrading the water meter, upgrading the irrigation system and replacing the park fencing.

We started the main park upgrade 23 February 2026 and are planning to complete in June 2026. During that time this park will be closed to the public until works are completed.

You can review the final concept plan using Phase 3: final design. This plan reflects your feedback on the draft concept plan and concludes consultation for this park.

  • What type of play equipment would you like to see included?
  • Where would you like to see seating in this reserve?
  • Inclusion of other elements (e.g. table tennis) if this suits community needs.
  • The location of the playspace will need to be determined by Council.
  • Very large play elements (like flying foxes) cannot be included in the playspace as there is limited space.
  • Final park infrastructure upgrades will be determined by Council.
  • This upgrade will only cover the reserve area, not the surrounding streets.
  • We have found a tree in the reserve that has been planted in an inappropriate location. This tree will need to be removed, however new trees will be planted as part of the upgrade.
  • The final concept design must fit within the available budget.
