Revised Final concept plan
We have had to change the location of the playground upgrade because some of the land in Gervase Avenue Reserve is not owned by Council.
The park upgrade elements will be the same as in the previous concept plan, but they have been moved to an area near Augustine Terrace and Beckett Street North.
We are also setting up ongoing management arrangements with the service authorities for the other land parcels in this reserve.

We will be removing the existing playground and seating by Gervase Avenue and providing new seating with shade trees and an access path from the existing gate.
We cannot change the park locations shown for this upgrade, because of the land ownership conditions in Gervase Avenue Reserve. We welcome any final feedback you may have on this design.
