Council purchased the properties at 41-43 Service Street in Coburg as part of Merri-bek’s ‘Park Close To Home’ Strategy.

We will be creating a new park in this space for the local community to enjoy.

Final Concept Plan

Council had some great responses to the draft concept plan put together using community ideas early this year. There were many great suggestions for a few tweaks and changes that now form part of this amended final landscape plan for our new park.

Despite the delays, we are now happy to present our final concept plan to you which we hope will address any queries or concerns you may have had regarding the draft concept plan.

Please explore the plan and images in the document library.

Should you have further queries you can contact the project landscape architect via email.
