ATC Cook Reserve, Glenroy | Fitness equipment upgrades

We upgraded one of the existing fitness equipment stations, included an additional fitness station and provided a new shelter in ATC Cook Reserve. Works were completed in January 2024.

The personal information we collect on Conversations Merri-bek, through our signup form and other engagement activities, helps us understand what communities we are hearing from. We have legislative obligations set out in various acts that mandate reporting on our engagement with certain groups and we always aim to ensure our processes are inclusive of the diverse peoples in Merri-bek. Collecting your information helps us meet these obligations and improve our service to you.

The personal information we collect will be be used for the purpose of community engagement and reporting and may also be used to update your personal information otherwise held by Council (for example, contact details including email address, phone number).

The information may be disclosed to project staff within Council and selected consultants that are engaged on projects. Your information will be de-identified as much as is practicable. It will not be disclosed to any other external party without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.

If you do not wish to disclose the information we require you to enter in a specific tool you can participate in other ways such as in person, by phone or by email.
