We are giving the Merri-bek community a say in projects, initiatives, or programs that Council could include as part of the 2026/27 Budget.

Merri-bek residents, community groups, sporting clubs and organisations are all welcome to contribute.

Submissions are now closed.

Thank you to everyone who submitted an idea - we received so many exciting project submissions.

Now we need to check each project idea to make sure it’s possible for Council to deliver it within the target budget and timeframe. All successful submissions will be included in Stage 2. You will be able to support your favourite ideas from 9 February 2026.
