We are pleased to report that after significant unforeseen delays. we are very near completion of construction of the permanent shared zones at Victoria and Albert Streets in East Brunswick.

All planting, kerb, ramp and drainage works have been completed. The share zones have been resurfaced with red asphalt, and the tile, patterned line marking has been completed.

Our appointed artist will begin painting their mural surrounding the new tree in John Street in mid-January 2026, which will mark the end of all the works on the zones.

We will monitor the new infrastructure over the coming 12 months to ensure everything has been installed properly and to a satisfactory standard, and any potential problems are identified within the warranty period.
