What we heard
In the first phase of engagement we heard what the community wanted to see improved in West Street including. The feedback informed the draft concept plan that included essential improvements to pedestrian safety, a focus on minimising carparking loss and retaining the most important carparks directly in front of shops as far as possible.
In the second phase of engagement we asked for feedback on the draft plan. We also invited the community to comment on where more colour and interest couple be incorporated, including potential locations to integrate public art, such as street art murals and paving patterns.
