Conversations Merri-bek
We have included some images and photos to help give an idea of how the changes to the reserve might look and feel, based on similar projects.
These photos include examples of plants typically used in raingardens, as well as educational signage which provides information about the raingarden and stormwater treatment systems.
Merri-bek City Council acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional custodians of the lands and waterways in the area now known as Merri-bek, and pays respect to their Elders past and present, as well as to all First Nations’ communities who significantly contribute to the life of the area.
