As part of our ongoing commitment to improving facilities and open spaces for the community to enjoy, we are upgrading Parker Reserve Pavilion in Coburg North.

Construction is planned to start early March until June 2024, we do not anticipate any significant impact to local residents or users of the pavilion during this time.

What is being upgraded?

The reserve is a local sportsfield that caters for baseball and cricket. The reserve also offers a playground and BBQ area with a popular dog off leash park. The new upgrades will include:

Baseball pavilion:

  • Changing room and amenities
  • Internal toilets
  • A new unisex umpires’ room including amenities
  • A new accessible public toilet

Cricket pavilion:

  • Changing room and amenities
  • A new accessible toilet

Existing Public Amenities :

  • Converting the space into two storerooms for the Cricket and Baseball Clubs

We expect that works on the upgrade will begin in early March 2024. We expect that the improvement works will be finished in June 2024.
