Construction work at 14 Frith Street has been on hold since the last update, due to complications with the existing brick walls in the southern, foundry park area.

The need for additional engineering design of foundry walls and footings, requires extensive demolition and re-building works. Demolition is due to resume in early March, with excavation for new footings and wall construction to follow.

Internal painting and some minor electrical and other works are being carried out on the commercial building, ready for new tenants to carry out internal fitout once leasing arrangements are made.

We expect all works will be completed and the new park opened around the middle of this year, subject to unforeseen conditions, including weather.
