The Draft Sportgrounds Surface Policy outlines Council’s approach to the management of our sportsgrounds and gives consideration to the triple bottom line principles of environmental, social and financial sustainability.
It was developed in consultation with a range of our stakeholders and guided by evidence-based research. The draft Policy is a clear reflection of Council’s commitment to the sustainable use and enjoyment of our sportsgrounds that form part of our network of public open spaces.
