We are giving the Merri-bek community a say in projects, initiatives, or programs that Council could include as part of the 2025/26 Budget.

Merri-bek residents, community groups, sporting clubs and organisations are all welcome to contribute.

The initiatives we received

We are thrilled to share that we have received a high number of exciting project submissions.

Now we need to check each project idea to make sure it’s possible for Council to deliver it within the target budget and timeframe. All successful submissions will be included in Stage 2.

Help us decide which ones we should fund

Stage 2: Support will be your chance to support some of the initiatives which were submitted by the community, that Council could include as part of the 2025-26 Budget.

Stage 2 will open on Friday 14 February, 2025.

How does it work?
