The initiatives we received
In this first round of our engagement (Stage 1:Contribute) we received an impressive number of community submissions. We thank the community for the time and effort they put into this process.
Successful submissions have been included in Stage 2: Support, which is when the community can register their support for their 3 favourite submissions. This stage is open 15 February - 10 March 2024.
Selection criteria
Your initiative must:
- demonstrate a strong community benefit
- cost less than $160,000
- be deliverable in the 2024/25 financial year
If your idea fits the selection criteria, your description will be used in the voting tool in stage 2, so your words will be what people use to decide which idea to vote for.
A 1,000 character limit for the idea description has been set, so that it will fit within the voting tool (we can not change the character limit in this tool).
There are free character counting tools available online if you want to see the length of your idea description, before completing the form.
This form closed at 11:59pm on 21 January 2023. It was open between 8 November 2023 - 21 January 2024. Community submissions will be assessed for eligibility until Stage 2 opens on 12 February.
