Before constructing the park we gathered community feedback through 3 phases of engagement that included online submissions and online conversation events.

In phase 1 we asked the community what they hoped for the new park. In the following 2 phases we presented a draft concept plan and asked the community for feedback, then revised the concept plan and asked for final feedback.

In phase 3 of engagement we presented a revised concept plan based on feedback from phase 2 and asked for final comments.

In phase 2 of engagement we asked for community feedback on our draft concept plan.
